Week 12-13 News

WOOW-training

On week 11 we held our first WOOW training. During this course everybody can learn a little bit more about the various ways of communication at the customer in a fun way. We are planning to give this small training until week 15.

Week 11 Standup

Here are topics of our most recent standup:

  • Summer vacation

  • Emballage/stickers

  • Ramadan

  • Achmea learning budget

  • Busses getting stuck

  • Loaders/Loading team

ID check

We failed the test for ID check on week 11 and week 10.
However we succeeded on week 9, that means our success rate is 38%. We can do much better than this!

Remember, if you can’t immediately tell if the person is over 30 ALWAYS ask for ID. If they are underage (even only a few months), remove every product that cannot be sold for people below 18 years old. If you have doubts about anything regarding the process feel free to ask at the porto.

Cleaning up trolleys after the first ride

It is very important that everybody cleans up their trolleys even after the first ride. If you only had 2 trolleys for the emballage you still need to separate it correctly either using an empty trolley or using an already separated trolley from the emballage line.

The cooling elements cannot be left in the koelboxes and the stickers need to be removed as well.

If you have any unaswered questions please ask at the porto.

Easter 2024

Easter is almost here! We can make the festivites more special to our customers by giving out these easter themed coloring pamphlets. Make sure you take some with you on your ride and give it out to children to make them happy!

We have a delicious snack ready for everyone, you will receive yours before or after your ride in the coming week.

It is important to keep in mind that the we are FREE on the 31th of March (Sunday) and the 1st of April (Monday)

New planner

On the 1st of April starts, our new mysterious planner, Pascal. We are as excited to meet him as he is to start his new position.

Summer vacation availability

Again this year, we want to get a good understanding of summer vacation plans. This year we are using the online form below for that purpose. Fill in your summer vacation for 10-03-2024. You may choose a maximum of 3 weeks. This way we can indicate in time whether it is approved.

This is a request and not a guarantee of free time.

No later than week 13 you will receive a message from the planning department whether your request is approved and then you will be authorized to make the request in the ESS app.

Summer vacation requests for weeks 27 through 37 in the ESS app without completing this form will be deleted.
