Pancake Day
April 4th was one the tastiest holidays; pancake day.
Our chefs Davy and Mike worked hard for a few hours. With Davy’s secret recipe they were able to make a tower high stack. From pancakes with syrup to cheese pancakes.
They were able to fill the bellies of all the employees.

Volkwagen Crafter
The first 8 Volkswagen Crafters have arrived and are now in use. Luckily, this is just the beginning! Over the coming period, more Crafters will be delivered, and some Renault Masters will be going.
Of course, new vans come with a few new details, so please make sure to go over the following points:
It’s very important that the metal flaps of the loading docks are raised when docking or driving off. If the flaps are down or still inside the van, it will cause damage to the rear lights.
The trolleys in these vans are level. Fortunately, this means we can work more ergonomically, with less overhead lifting, which is better for our backs!
Since there are no longer any compartments to temporarily store items, it’s even more important to keep the cargo area tidy. The blue bags are now at the back of the aisle.
Furthermore, we have some cool new features:

Deposit Earnings
Our highly valued colleague Gijs recently went to a return point with a big bag of collected deposit bottles. This resulted in a nice €72.35 for the next staff outing.
Meanwhile, we’re continuing to collect the deposit bottles. If you ever throw away deposit bottles, remember: You can just as easily toss them into the collection bag!
